I said that a while ago. Now, I am blending everything. I even blend my toothpaste before I use it. I blend my steak, my pot roast, my Cheerios. I blend my cheese, my ham sandwich, my cobb salad. I love to blend. It is just like they say on the TV: I could be unclogging the bathroom sink with a coat hanger one minute, have 25 guests show up at the door unexpectedly the next, and blend them all a tropical smoothie before they can have their coats off.
I blend in the morning, in the evening, and on weekends. Fresh fruit, frozen, still in the plastic - it doesn't matter. My favorite? So far, fresh blueberries, banana and a bit of peanut butter is downright satisfyin'. I have also become a big fan of the plain vanilla yogurt.
