Well, we're just getting the kids loaded into the balloon to make the cross over the Pacific. I wanted to write something more prolific, or poetic, but So Long seemed better. What does "So Long" mean anyway?
Today it means, "I'm going to Hawaii, so long as we don't miss our plane. So long as the kids make it on the 6 hr. 30 min. flight. So long as the plane has all it's parts. (my parents were delayed 5 hours yesterday because theirs didn't) So long as I don't get sick from our snorkel gear that was inadvertently left in the outside shed for the last two years and now smells like lawn clippings and gas. So long as we packed enough snacks and treats for said 6+ hour flight because in coach we only get a snack. Can you imagine? A Snack. Meanwhile, in First Class they have things you have to cut with a knife. Of course, they have to use dental floss to cut it because there are still no knifes allowed. So long as the catalog of movies, dancing waitresses and unlimited drinks don't get in the way.
So long as I can get out of this snow. So long as I come back like a new man. So long as Allie remembers me when we get back. So long as we have a wonderful time with the boys.

Have a fabulous time and enjoy your snack! I'll be anxious to hear how Hawaii is with four kids.
So long as the princess doesn't run out of commands. By 3:30 today, we had played 'kitchen', 'meeting',
'picnic', and 'grocery store'. And she was totally put out that I had to run out to practice the church organ. But hey, Grandpa was here for 'fresh meat'. They began with 'kitchen'. MAM (tomorrow she hits reality)
Please try to blog while you're in Hawaii! Can't wait to hear about it.
