A rare treat

I just wanted to post something after just having returned from my trip. Got a call from a friend of mine, last name Woods, he indicated he wanted me to come over and see his "new cub". He has tried that trick in the past, like when he bought half of Florida, he called me to say he wanted me to see his "new addition to his house". And like when he wanted to send me a gift for my birthday it was "Just something to help you to the course", yea, it was a new Buick. Or the time when he said, "Hey, I have this girl that I am dating, she's a Swedish Model." Yea, right, I thought I was going over to see his new Saab, or Volvo. Whoops. Anyway, when he said he has this new "cub", I thought he had finally joined the scouting program. Wrong. He let me take a couple of pictures of him and his new addition. Such a sweet family, and boy, she is a wonderful cook. Makes the best meatballs ever! I also told her thanks for bringing IKEA to my hometown of Draper, Utah finally. She said, "ABBA-salutely". She's always making wierd Swedish jokes. Anyway, here they are with their new daughter.

And here they are with their other two kids, they are from a previous marriage. Their names are Hairy and Shiner.

It was a wonderful trip, I am always excited to see friends, visit, laugh, swim, etc. But honestly I am kind of glad to be home. Being around all those piles of money makes me feel a little wierd. Oh, and I also told him to put his hat back on. He just isn't as intimidating with that Collin Powell look.

sweetie, your blog scares me little bit. Reminds me of This American Life where an ex-con talks a small town into believing that he's a movie star. He's being sued by many, many angry people now. Just a little warning . . .
