A grand event on it's way

I have some great news. My brother, Matt, who has Cystic Fibrosis, and I have been involved in the Utah Chapter of the CF Foundation for a number of years. Well, he has been involved all his life, but I have been involved in the past 7 or 8 years. Mostly over that time we have been involved in the golf tournament that is held every year to raise money, not only because we love to golf, but also for the work we are able to do with the chapter. Well, this year, they asked me to be on the Board of Directors for the chapter, and also be in charge of the golf event. It worked out well, through various contacts we were able to align ourselves with a local celebrity, Chad Lewis, who played college football at BYU and went on to be a 3 time Pro Bowl Tight End for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is hosting what we are calling The Chad Lewis Celebrity Golf Classic to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We couldn't be more excited. It will be held at The Hidden Valley Country Club on May 21st. I will certainly be posting things about it, since it is taking up a ton of time. But here are just of few of the people that are coming: Johnny Miller, Steve Young, Donovan McNabb, LaVell Edwards, Ty Detmer, Kyle Wittingham, to name just a few. I hopefull will post a document detailing all of the days events soon. It should be a wonderful event to benefit a wonderful cause.
