Blogging......the Tamagotchi of the web.
In recent weeks, my beloved wife of nearly 12 years, along with my two oldest boys, have fallen victim to the craze that is the Tamagotchi. As I understand it you must keep an imaginary life alive by feeding it, playing with it, praising it, letting it sleep. You can even have it make friends and even offspring with other tamagotchi. It draws you in by beeping, making sounds, growing up, doing impressive things like bouncing a ball on its head. It becomes quite addictive. A famous man once said that the "blog" phenomenom which currently holds us captive is, "The tamagotchi of the internet." Thoughts?

more, i was just thinking this is a pretty acurate description of my marriage. 'cept sometimes my wife even lets me decide what to have for lunch.
